Advance online bookings are recommended… However, if you’re feeling spontaneous. We always do our absolute best to seat walk-ins.

Our tall bar tables and outdoor tables are great for walk-ins. The tall bar tables rotate all night. Best for groups of two. Come and enjoy. Our full menu is available up at the bar.

We often have walk-in spots outdoors - bring a jumper for after sunset.

The only times we sometimes have to turn away walk-ins is Fri/Sat between 6:00-7:30. Our advice, try before 5:45 or after 7:45 instead.

Ooze & Tang is not just for full meals (although, the food is incredible). Feel free to treat us like a cocktail/wine bar. You can just pop in for a drink and/or snack, that’s absolutely fine. Legally the bar closes when our kitchen does, about 9pm.

If attempting to book on same day as your desired reservation, please note that our online booking system turns off for the evening at 4:30pm. This is so we can focus on providing great service.

Your best bet if the booking system is off for the night (after 4:30pm) is to just walk on in. Feel free to Email or DM us on our socials regarding same-day availability during opening hours. Please note that we’ll only get back to you if we have time between waiting tables.

Groups at Ooze & Tang

Online bookings are available for groups of 6 or less (sharing of food essential for groups… actually all tables). Groups of 5 or 6 have the option of choosing our chef’s “feed me” experience.

Larger groups of more than 6 might be possible with direct prior arrangement - email us, you never know what logistical magic we might be able to work. Group tables larger than 6 must do our chef’s “feed me” experience. We feed you an ongoing share style feast of the day’s most delicious menu items. Due to the nature of our share style food we kindly request that groups divide the total bill including drinks by head if splitting.

Private long table dinners for about 20-30 guests are possible occasionally. We host these on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays only. These are sit down and table service only. We serve dishes shared “family style” down the middle of a long table, as is our signature service style. It has to be a "trust the chef" situation food wise. We like to be very seasonal and flexible with our fabulous West Aussie food suppliers. It’s a rolling feast of delicious things being ongoingly joyously shared down the table. They’re so much fun.
